Rules

There is no separate area for male and female visitors in the sauna.

  • The sauna may be entered without wearing bathing costumes, using towels and sheets only.
  • Sauna seances are available against a charge.
  • The sauna may not be used by children under the age of 14.

Saunas have a well-known beneficial effect on the body. Using the sauna invigorates blood circulation, strengthens the immune system and cleanses skin. Adequate time should be devoted to using the sauna and to relaxing afterwards. A proper relaxing session includes 3-4 rounds in the sauna, lasting approximately one and a half hours.
